When you need a personalized gift quickly and affordably, our editable templates enable you to edit the text on your gift directly - so you can save time and money while still having a beautifully designed, thoughtful gift to give!

After purchase, you get access to the template right away and you can change any of the text by simply clicking onto the text you want to replace and typing the new text in (or copying/pasting from a document). You can also change the text colors if preferred!

1. Open the PDF document that's sent to you via Etsy and email after purchase.

2. Click on the size you need the artwork to be. You can either click on the words 'Size 1', 'Size 2' etc. or the colored arrows. Both will open the template access page.

3. A page should now show up that says 'A template created by ToPrintables was shared with you, start designing now'. On this page, scroll down and click on the 'Edit Template' button.

4. This will then open the template editor in Canva. To make your edits, you can simply click onto the text, delete the text and add your own text instead.

The artwork can be printed on a regular printer (US letter size is what customers often print for that in the USA, or A4 size in the UK), or it can also be printed in a print shop. Each print shop may have their own requirements, but their website should specify.

When you've completed your edits and it's ready to print, simply click on the 'Share' button at the top-right of the screen, then 'Download' and select the specifications required (PDF Print with a CMYK color profile is most recommended - although, if you're printing through a print shop, they may recommend something different such as a PNG or JPEG - either way, it's just a click of a button to select each, so it's very simple!).

Then click 'Download' again, and your artwork should download to your computer ready to print!

You're able to type as many words as you need to - if they go off the page, simply click onto the text size area to make the text smaller and it should then fit onto the page (although, for optimal readability, it's recommended that the text isn't too small if printing at a small size).

A variety of sizes are included with each purchase to provide a range of print options.

For example:

• art templates include 5 size options (including US Letter size, 8x10" and A4 of easy home printing, as well as a range of larger sizes up to 27x36")

• gift voucher templates have 2 size options - 7x5" (great for popping into a standard sized greeting card) and 8.27x3.47" (which fits easily into a US#10 or UK DL envelope)

To view the sizes for a particular product, simply view the product photos on the Etsy product page.

Each size option is included on a simple, easy-reference PDF - simply click on the text or the green arrow next to the size you need and it'll open the template!

All text is editable, and even the colors and format can be changed too!

However, each template has been designed to be quick to edit and so it's recommended to use the template most suitable so that the editing is as easy as possible!
